Preferred Mortgages is a group of ex bankers who, after being in the industry for many years decided that they would be better able to assist clients with mortgage finance by becoming brokers and giving clients a greater range of options than those offered by individual lenders. Whilst on the surface it appears that all lenders are the same, this is in fact far from being the case, all lenders have some difference in their criteria.

Using a mortgage broker allows clients to have available a far greater range of financial products and options without the hassle of having to visit every lender themselves, and using a broker costs you no more than if you dealt direct with the lender as in most cases we do not charge residential and investment clients any fees for our services.
